We also enjoy breaking up the everyday routine by setting aside focused opportunities for togetherness and good times. Here are just some of the events we throw to foster a supportive, encouraging, and fun work community:

Monthly Community Gatherings

Every month, we have a company meeting where we share updates, introduce new employees, hand out awards, and then cap it off with a tasty shared meal (where we’re always careful to take everyone’s dietary needs into consideration).

Fun Team Outings

Every quarter we have a company outing. For example, in July 2021, we rented a tour bus and headed to a mountain resort for all full day of zip lining, biking, hiking, and laughs, and, of course, a great big barbeque!

Rewards and Prizes

We hold contests on a monthly basis. This year alone, team members have won cruises, 3-day getaways, mountain bikes, complete grill set-ups, and so much more! We love to keep things fun and motivating and almost nothing makes us as happy as handing out a much-deserved award for a job well done!

Holiday Parties

In case you can’t tell by now, we love sharing each other’s company and celebrating! That’s why we throw fantastic holiday parties here at Vista. One of our favorite holiday events is our Halloween Decorating Contest where each of the departments decorates to see who will win the title of “Spookiest Department”. In the end, everyone ends up winning because we turn the whole building into a great big Halloween display!

The Owens Corning Roof Development Program

This year we teamed up with Owens Corning and Habitat for Humanity and we donated the labor to give a new roof to a 100-year-old World War II veteran!

Support of & Participation in Easter Seals Local Events

Support of and participate in Between Bridges Ministry for the homeless food and clothing drives.
