Stefan Dean – CFO & HR Director

About Me: Stefan came to Vista Home Improvement in 2018 fresh off a 27-year career in the Hospitality Industry. Stefan started washing dishes at friendly’s when he was 16. Throughout his career, Stefan traveled for corporations opening restaurants all over the country. In his last position, he was an operations manager for Dventures Hospitality in Boston Ma, overseeing 5 restaurants, 3 nightclubs, and an Inn with 630 employees. Wanting to move back home to Holyoke MA, and try his hand at a new career in accounting Stefan took a temporary position doing the payroll for the Union Construction Workers building the new MGM Springfield. While there he connected with Brian the owner of Vista and the rest is history. Stefan Loves the outdoors and gardening, as well as golfing and hiking. A top ten item on his bucket list is a trip to Scotland with his family.

About Me: My name is Cassie Dudek and I am the Lead Production Coordinator at Vista Home Improvement. I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts and graduated from Westfield State University with a Bachelor’s Degree. Post-college, I moved to Lincoln, Nebraska where I spent a few years genuinely finding myself professionally and personally. I moved back home to MA. in 2014, met my husband, and started our family. We have two beautiful children, 2 cats, and 1 dog. My favorite pastime is making memories with my family and spending time at the beach.

About Me: I have a CCSU Construction Management major from Ellington, CT. I enjoy traveling to see new places and golfing more than anything else. My goal is to create a unique and superior experience for every one of my customers!

Ron Buck – Production Coordinator

About Me: I have Been with Vista Home Improvement for one year. Prior to Vista, I was the Operation Manager for Kaycan Building products for 16 years. I specialize in vinyl and wood siding and windows. A little about myself I have been married to my lovely wife Tammy for 28 years I have two great Children Haley and Nolan . My favorite hobby is spending time with my family which is the most important thing to me. I do enjoy the outdoors hiking and fishing. It is on my bucket list to see my family in Germany.
