We met Vista at the Home Show in Keene, and selected them as our new roof contractor. Every member of the Vista Team (sales, finance & operations) was professional, provided information, and listemened to our concerns. Today our new roof was installed by five hard-working men. Joshua, Project Supervisor, was on site to help move the supplies, talk to me, and make sure there were no problems. The final install is perfect and we are now discussing more projects with Vista.

They look fantastic, they open and close so easily, and the grids are between the panes, so they’re really easy to clean. And Vista was a dream to work with. They kept us informed as to when the windows were being manufactured, when they received them, and accommodated our schedule for installation. We met with John Lee to discuss possible roof work. He did a thorough evaluation of our roof. He then explained in detail what problems he found and possible solutions. He gave a very comprehensive presentation of Vista’s approach to roof repair and replacement.

I can’t say enough good things about this whole process. From Holly’s initial visits to Marc’s final walk around, every step has been a pleasure. The transformation of our 300 year old farmhouse has been nothing short of magical. People actually stop in the street to tell us how fantastic it looks!

From the first interview to the finished bathroom, it was first class service all the way. We were kept informed all along as to where we were in the process. The day of the bathroom install, they arrived on time, they covered everything including the outside steps! They worked so hard, never stopped all day. Sale rep Mike .M came out today to look at our roof and found water leaking in the attic which could have been a lot costly if it was not identified. Mike was very honest and open and did his best at making sure we were comfortable with the cost.

Project scheduling – with weather contingencies – was handled clearly and proactively by the office staff. Project Manager Marc F was well organized, communicated clearly, and effectively directed the roofing team. The team itself – led by Sancho – was hard-working and professional. The project was completed in one day.

Marc was very professional and incredibly nice, he explained the whole process of installment. He uninstalled and reinstalled in about an hour. I highly recommend this company, but I specially recommend Marc.

After installation, I noticed a problem. I called the company and was promptly referred to Marc, lead project supervisor. He came out on the date and time agreed. He was personable, respectful and proactive, listening and assessing the situation. Marc identified the installation error. He was able to fix it on the spot. We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual.

We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman’s terms.

The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew.

All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #’s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine.

Vista home improvement came to my home and redid my shower/tub and I am so in love with the finished product! Everyone was so professional and all the work was completed on the time schedule given to me! the finished product is a beautiful shower that we can’t to enjoy for years to come!

We were so happy with Vista. I don’t like vinyl replacement windows. That’s what I told Amy. But I’ve got to take that back. I LOVE these new windows. They’re really high quality. They look fantastic, they open and close so easily, and the grids are between the panes, so they’re really easy to clean. And Vista was a dream to work with. They kept us informed as to when the windows were being manufactured, when they received them, and accommodated our schedule for installation. The installation team was also super professional, and worked quickly and did an awesome job. I’m so happy with the windows that now I’m coming back to Vista for siding. Can’t recommend them more highly.

I had John Lee visit my home to come and look at my roof for replacement. From the second he entered my door I was comfortable having him there. He explained everything that he would do in my attic and roof. I felt very informed on what I would need to replace my roof and have it last. John Lee visited us today in our search for a new patio/French door. We didn’t know too much about doors and what they entail but John taught us all of the intricate details that are important when choosing a energy efficient door. The installers also took the time to discuss every step of the process with me before proceeding. I will certainly look to Vista for any future home improvement projects.

From the time we met sales rep Jared over the summer through the completion of our bathroom renovation in October, Vista and everyone who has been part of the process has been great. Contacted Vista baths about a free estimate. Product specialist Stone Oliver came to our home to inspect our bathroom and ask us about what changes we needed to have done. He talked about all the benefits of using his company, went over all the options we had for materials and colors, other accessories and came up with a design that fit all our needs. He was very thorough and professional.

Stone Oliver was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during our consultation for a shower replacement. Easy to understand process and worked with us to find the right price for our budget. Highly recommend!

We were blown away! I’ve never felt so at ease with a contractor in our home. He was super friendly and unbelievably patient with our interrupting 6 year old, and still managed to lay out all our options without wasting any time. He was completely transparent and honest about the process, costs, possible downtime and welcomed all our questions and answered them easily and knowledgeably. We weren’t able to commit completely yet due to working out some scheduling issues but we are really hoping to be working with Vista to fix up our bathroom soon!
